With this a priori unstoppable argument: if it is for the health of the populations, by what right would we dare to oppose the decisions of this body?
Maneuvers to subject countries to the binding decisions (dictats) of the WHO have already been taking place in broad daylight for a few years. If the Westerners appear subject to this global totalitarian agenda, the good surprise has come on several occasions from the rest of the world, to whom obviously we do not do so when it comes to imposing new forms of imperialism.
This comes at a time when the organization continues to discredit itself. Despite the virtual absence of new cases, for example, the WHO has just renewed "monkey pox" as an international health emergency... A health emergency without cases is another interesting innovation in the register of the theater of the absurd… but certainly not public health!
As for the very dubious scientist Jeremy Farrar (director of the Wellcome Trust ), he has just, barely elevated to the dignity of Chief Scientist of the WHO, to propose that we renounce investigations as to the origin of Sars-CoV-2 – question indeed without importance! He then defended himself against it, knowing how hot the subject is: no less than ten bat coronavirus chimeras were produced in the Wuhan laboratory after Barack Obama banned research on gains of function on viruses – Sars-CoV-2 now appearing well, as Professor Luc Montagnier had said very quickly, an engineered product of life…
Beyond these nasty adventures lies a real fundamental problem: the desire to subordinate the health sovereignty of countries in a binding manner to an international organization known today as being THE most corrupt in the world.

Preamble
According to Hannah Arendt 4 “ It is only insofar as he thinks, and that means insofar as he is ageless – a “he” or an “I” and not a “someone” as Kafka so aptly calls him – that man in the full reality of his concrete being lives in this breach between the past and the future. This breach is not a modern phenomenon, perhaps not even a historical fact, but goes hand in hand with the existence of man on earth. It may very well be this path cleared by thought, this little trace of non-time that the activity of thought inscribes within the space-time of mortals (…). This little non-space - time at the very heart of time (…) can only be indicated, but cannot be transmitted or inherited from the past;".
I have therefore tried, during my life, including since these three years of covid delirium, to clear my way between a past and a future still unknown but which some seem to want to write for us... by extending a past that they have taken it upon themselves to take over… for their own interests, never having been able to detach themselves from it and see that the human being is not just a “mechanic to be repaired” or “improved”. The two ideologies of the 20th century, born from the scientistic conceptions of the 18th century and over which capitalism finally triumphed, were able to see in life and the human only materiality to the point of now wanting to make a robot of it. Men are not machines that can be remote controlled by artificial intelligence and other technological crutches even if they fascinate them.
First we need to make a statement
of these three years of "delusional covidism", totally disconnected from the reality of the situation and moreover from all the judicious and scientifically proven practices in the event of a respiratory viral epidemic or even a pandemic, but was simply an "engineering experiment social ", conceived and prepared for a long time 5 .
Since the arrival of SARS-Cov 2, we can list the methods of manipulation of information that have been used: falsified clinical trials and inaccessible data; rigged studies and conflicts of interest; concealment of the short-term side effects of "gene injections" wrongly named "vaccines" and total ignorance of the long-term effects of their injection; questionable composition of “injected products”; inadequate testing methods; corrupt governments and international organizations; doctors bribed or threatened or even banned from exercising their profession; disparagement of renowned scientists; prohibition of any effective alternative treatment; draconian social methods and the creation of scapegoats – the unvaccinated – to divide the population, pit citizens against each other, and create discord within families to the point of pushing children and adolescents to suicide; governments' use of behavior modification and social engineering techniques to enforce confinement, masks and acceptance of injections; censorship of independent media and uniform planetary discourses, conveyed by the most powerful media in the world (three news agencies –AP , Reuters , AFP – all bought up by financiers and subsidized, providing material for their stories)…and digital amplification for population control purposes.
And to conclude: “ By supporting and selecting only one side of scientific information while suppressing alternative viewpoints, and with obvious conflicts of interest, governments and the mainstream media have consistently misinformed the public. Consequently, unscientifically validated vaccination laws, stemming from industry-controlled medical science, have led to the adoption of social measures for the supposed protection of public health but which have become serious threats altogether. both for the health, rights and freedoms of affected populations ” 6 .
After this obvious observation
carried out by many independent researchers 7 and enlightened citizens , we have, de facto, experienced a social experimentation , a particular form of social engineering , matured and prepared for a long time, that the "new masters of the world" , namely the self-programmed "globalist elites" and the WHO, their front, ultimately see as " successfulsince the vast majority of citizens – mainly Westerners – have consented to the recommended measures, including the most coercive ones. Because other countries like a good part of Latin America, Egypt, several African countries, most Indian states and including China have resorted to so-called ancestral remedies – Artemisia annua for example. – or which had proven themselves scientifically. It can therefore be seen that this “ experimentation ” has not yet fully achieved the objective set by the WHO and its funders 8 . It has simply prepared those who, flabbergasted and manipulated, have not been able or able to resist it: it is now a matter of constrainingall those who have not applied the “device” or who have not reached it so that they conform to the course of the next episodes, that is to say the objective aimed by these globalist elites … and their accomplices: totalitarian control over their lives on the pretext of taking care of their health… and their safety… out of fairness of course! In this, unfortunately, the WHO and its accomplices find in certain NGOs and political parties – mainly on the left, “ecologists” and third-worlders – objective allies under the pretext of development aid and international aid to the most financially deprived. We are amazed by such technophile, purely ideological blindness.
Now let's look at WHO's "preparations" to achieve this goal
– which wants to be global, a question of “equity” it seems – during the World Health Assembly in May 2023: are we heading towards health and military totalitarianism?
During our of course legitimate questions about what we have sometimes experienced as amazement and often as mistreatment and the care we take to treat the effects , preferably with benevolence, the WHO is pursuing its globalist agenda, under the influence of its funders, namely the so-called “globalist elites” (including of course the Gates Foundation and GAVI) who meet annually at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos 9through intense activity in working groups; this is all the more so since during the 2022 World Health Assembly, several Member States, including several Africans, opposed the changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR). It should be remembered that, already in 2021, Urmie Ray denounced the dangers of an increased stranglehold by the WHO on global health 10 . Several working groups – whose members are co-opted – have already met several times, with a view to:
• develop a new treaty, agreement or convention on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response 11 ,
• modify the International Health Regulations (IHR)
• amplify technological tools in order to pursue “ a global strategy for digital health ” (sic) supposed to shape the future of global health 12 .
Do the new prerogatives that the WHO seeks to be granted announce the establishment of a New World Order of a totalitarian type ? Many voices, mainly American but, although less audibly, also European, are rising to denounce this " coup d'etat " which would militarize health as it has already been for decades in the USA. This is why Americans are perhaps more aware of the risks involved since they are already experiencing, on their territory, their acceleration since the presidency of GWH Bush during which the "bioterrorist war" was designed and launched through various operations: Dark Winter, EcoGlobal Health Security Initiative, Atlantic Storm and Event 201,that Monika Karkowska has already analyzed very well 13 .
Thus, the journalist and independent researcher James Roguski 14 reveals, based on an internal WHO document 15 , the effects that the amendments proposed by the WHO would have, including those:
• changing the overall nature of the World Health Organization from an advisory body that merely makes recommendations to a governing body whose proclamations would be legally binding. (Item 1)
• significantly expand the scope of the IHR to include scenarios that simply have “ potential for public health impact ”
• seek to suppress “ respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals ”. (Section 3)
• to give the Director General of the WHO control of the means of production through a “ health product allocation plan ” in order to oblige the States Parties to provide response products to the “ pandemic whose definition would be modified, according to his instructions. (Section 13A)
• to give the WHO the power to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccination and to implement contact tracing, quarantine and of course treatment . (Section 18)
• Institute a system of global health certificates in digital or paper form, including test certificates, vaccine certificates, prophylaxis certificates, cure certificates, passenger locator forms and a traveler health declaration. (Articles 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 35, 36 and 44 and annexes 6, 7 and 8)
• To redirect billions of unspecified dollars to the emergency pharmaceutical hospital industrial complex without any accountability. (Section 44A)
• allow the disclosure of personal health data. (Rule 45)
• significantly increase the capacity of the WHO to censor what it considers to be disinformation and misinformation. (Appendix 1, page 36)
• Create an obligation to build, provide and maintain RSI infrastructure at entry points. (Annex 10)
Somewhat comforted by the 4th session 16 of this working group, since its criticisms would have been heard (!), J. Roguski forgets that the modifications made to the RSI are only part of the process undertaken.
Francis Boyle broadens the subject
Expert in biological weapons and professor of international law at the University of Illinois 17 , he had already been, in 1989, the writer of a report called " Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act ", presented to the US Congress under the presidency of GHW Bush 18 . Recently interviewed by The Defender about the latest proposals made by the WHO during internal negotiations which took place in Geneva from 6 to 13 February 19 , he goes much further and suspects these new prerogatives that the WHO wants to claim to assume all the components of a “ world totalitarian state of medical and scientific police ”: these “could violate international law and remove all sovereignty from States in terms of health policy while ensuring control over the world's population through the implementation of digital technologies ”; all this with a view to achieving " the global digital health strategy " (sic), featuring GAFAM, AI, increased control of governments and citizens that another working group is studying 20 in collaboration closely with the GHSI (Global Health Security Initiative) 21 . Very recently, Dr Mercola 22 , announced the appointment (end of December 2022) by the Director General of the WHO, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus , at the head of the GHSI, of its director – “ a mad scientist–: Dr. Ferrar. We learn that Dr. Ferrar was director, from 2013 to February 2023, of the Welcome Trust , an accomplice in the concealment of the origin of SARS-CoV-2. And that the Wellcome Trust and its director are part of the globalist technocratic network and the modern eugenics movement. When SARS Cov 2 emerged, Mr. Farrar founded Wellcome Leap, which is in fact the DARPA of global health (Defense advanced research projects Agency, ie an agency of the US Department of Defense). This organization focuses entirely on transhumanist research in order to pave the way for the fourth industrial revolution. Mr. Farrar and WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus are also part of a small, tight-knit global network that works behind the scenes to influence global health, finance and governance… Behind the scenes, then.
For Francis Boyle , all these "preparations" which blur the issue between " relative transparency and opacity"However, give "coherence" to all the "preparations" that the WHO intends to have member states vote on in May 2023 but should not be analyzed separately even if everything is done "to drown the fish" and the make it appear as separate. Taken together, they go in the direction of an increased power that the WHO would attribute to itself, including that of controlling the application by States of its directives (but also of course the control of citizens of the whole world, reduced to the level obedient children at best). From its advisory role, the management of the WHO would henceforth have an imperative role once 2/3 of the Member States had given it a blank check.
And to clarify: the 2005 IHR framework " already allowed the director of the WHO to declare a public health emergency in any country, without the consent of the government of that country, although the framework requires that both parties first try to reach an agreement ”. “ According to the same WHO document, the recommendations of the IHR Review Committee and the Member States Working Group on Amendments to the 2005 IHR will be communicated to WHO Director General Tedros Adhanson Ghebreyesus, here mid January". However Mr Boyle questions the legality of the above documents, citing for example that the proposed WHO treaty violates the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties which was ratified in 1969 and which Mr Boyle described as “ the international law of treaties for all the States of the world ” 23 .
He further explains the difference between the latest pandemic treaty and the proposed changes to the IHR: “ The WHO pandemic treaty would create a separate international organization, whereas the proposed changes to the IHR would operate within the context of the 'WHO as it exists today '. However, he said, “ After reading both documents, it is a distinction without difference. One or the other, or both, will set up a worldwide totalitarian medical and scientific police state under the control of Tedros and the WHO, front organization for the CDC, which was run by Tony Fauci, Bill Gates, Big Pharma, the biowarfare industry, and the Chinese communist government that pays some of their bills… Either they get the settlements or they get the treaty, but both are existentially dangerous. These are truly dangerous documents… and insidious .” Professor Boyle specifies " having never read treaties and projects of international organizations as completely totalitarian as the IHR regulations and the WHO treaty because both set up a medical police state and totalitarian scientist who will escape the control of national, state and local authorities ” (and a fortiori citizens); “…as far as I can tell from reading them, they are both designed specifically to circumvent national, state, and local authorities on pandemics, pandemic treatment, and vaccines. ”
Finally, let's get to Katherine Watt
In a document that retraces, year after year, a large part of the debates around health and its links with the DOD (US Department of Defense) since the beginning of the 20th century, it shows that from the beginning of the last century, the American elites had, on several occasions, had the project of setting up a New World Order , inclinations to which only Roosevelt, in 1933, had – temporarily – put an end. In addition, the US elites from the 1920s and 1930s had depopulation projects which were again approved in 1975 under the presidency of G. Ford, in line with the eugenic theories of the end of the 19th century which we will briefly discuss later. . She notes that in the USA, from the end of the 1970s " public health has been militarized ” 24 and that military personnel have been used as research “subjects” (or more exactly as “guinea pigs”) for biological and chemical weapons, and that in the extension of this decision, “any micro - living organism, made by man, was considered as a patentable object ” (law passed under the presidency of Reagan in 1980) – which David Martin demonstrated very well 25 and against which he warned us – and that in 1986 , under the same Reagan presidency, " vaccine manufacturers were granted legal immunity for injuries and deaths caused by their products» ; finally that the HHS (the department of health and human services), led by Dr. Fauci had structural links not only with the multinational pharmaceutical companies but with the Department of Defense (DOD) in view of a biological and bioterrorist war , all analyzed by Monika Karbowska 26 . During a press conference on the current deployment of biological weapons 27 , K. Watt specifies that in fact, for years, " public health language has been used in order to carry out a military campaign“Which we have also seen the use made of it, in France, by President Macron, during the so-called Covid crisis, by surrounding himself with a Council of War made up of soldiers whose remarks were kept secret . I quote her: " What the Department of Defense and the WHO intend to do - they have gone far enough to do this without achieving their objectives - is to make the whole world their geographical terrain: they target the entire population of the world, the length of their campaign and the weapons they use are first informational i.e. propaganda and censorship, second are psychological – terror and terrorism– which consist of telling people that they must be constantly afraid and that they must listen to the government, and finally the 3rd part, the chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons which are called in their campaigns “pharmaceutical vaccines but which are actually toxins and pathogens .”
Next, K. Wattraises the legal elements and the economic and financial aspects that make it possible to put in place this whole arsenal of measures. She concludes that this project has been going on for a very long time and that there are global bankers and many related organizations who seek to take complete control of human beings through banking and military programs. All this goes back to the years before the 1st World War at best, then was resumed after the second, Nazism having partly failed to eliminate a large part of the world's population (with the exception all the same of the 60 million dead including 26 to 28 million Soviets who repelled the German army, helping to make it lose the war, and almost all of the Jews of Europe!). " Pharmaceutical products, thanks to the legal immunity that strikes them, allow the denial of the intended intentions: they can achieve the objective of killing many people without their fingerprints being everywhere” … with the help of technological tools 28 …including 5G!
“ Financial constraints go through the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) which controls all central banks and financial institutions and then all the way through states, national, local, municipal governments, schools and hospitals. If you comply with what they tell you to do, you will get the financial means for what you need, to run your business or have a job and if you don't consent, they can cut you off all this and that. that's how it all happened ." Basically, specifies, K. Watt: “ this is what we have already been able to see and experience during the year 2021 and the so-called “Covid crisis” ”.
Then she analyzes all the legal aspects she has identified to circumvent the laws prohibiting chemical and biological weapons. All these products are used for " prophylactic, protective or defensive purposes , this denomination being false since all these biological products are aggressive, toxic and deadly " , in addition to being largely ineffective , as we saw during the crisis of the SARS-Cov2 and its attendant side effects, mostly censored .
She considers the WHO to be the cornerstone of all these arrangements and, according to her, it “ is not a health organization but a military organization, the military arm of the one world government that the elites are trying to put in place ” . “ The amendments they want to make to the IHR aim to make it worse by requiring national governments to put in place more restrictive and coercive measures in the event of an epidemic of communicable diseases and the pretext used, formulated by the bankers, is to protect businesses from the inconvenience caused by epidemics. But the real reason is the transfer of prerogatives from nation states to the WHO and the BRI ”.
All of these American researchers are calling for a halt to the pandemic treaty and changes to the IHR, and even pushing their country out of the WHO . Little chance that they will be heard since the USA has been maneuvering for years… except when Trump wanted to suspend US funding for the WHO… but certainly not for the same reasons!
These clarifications, in the form of revelations, now shed light on who are " the new masters of the world ", namely the so-called globalist elites , mainly American, like most pharmaceutical multinationals and banks with the exception of the Bank of International regulations, the BIS, created in Basel in 1930, which oversees all central banks. It is easy to understand that Switzerland is involved in all these preparations and certainly explains the reason why Geneva hosts most of the International Organizations 29whose immunity was voted in 1945 by the US Congress under the presidency of Harry S. Truman! The latest, dubbed in 2015 by the Swiss Federal Council as an International Organization with legal immunity and the related advantages, was the WEF (World Economic Forum) of Klaus Schwab 30 whose modalities were revisited in 2020 .
As a result and conclusion… still provisional :
If these preparations by the WHO succeeded, it would be the end of the sovereignty of States and of international treaties, two of which seem particularly important to me: the Nuremberg Code and the Oviedo Protocols , since they are , in all these "preparations", of crimes against humanity as demonstrated by the Grand Jury under the direction of Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer, and of eugenics of which I recall some historical elements.
Eugenics , a theory that prevailed from the middle of the 19th century in the West, aimed at a program of artificial selection to produce a superior human race based on the theory of heredity of W. Galton and that of Darwin , applied to humans. Under Nazism, among others, medical experiments on humans were carried out on detainees in concentration camps (but also on the mentally ill and children). Most of those who practiced them were doctors and, for some, university professors, sometimes even renowned researchers of experiments on humans. A very small part of them (23 including 20 doctors and a woman who "officiated" as a doctor at the Ravensbrück camp 31) were brought before one of the twelve Nuremberg Tribunals in 1947, one of which, specific, concerned only doctors 32 .
From these Nuremberg trials was born the Nuremberg Code which establishes a list of ten criteria contained in the judgment of the trial of the doctors of Nuremberg (December 1946 – August 1947), which specify the conditions which the experiments carried out on the being must satisfy. human to be considered "acceptable". From there, ethical laws were enacted framing biomedical practice 33 .
These ethical principles were constantly questioned by the USA. The WHO and the political and health authorities, particularly in Western countries, exempted themselves from it during the so-called SARS-Cov2 crisis and the Oviedo Convention and Protocols were not taken into account either 34 (April 1997) , the only binding international legal instrument. This Framework Convention and its protocols aim to protect the dignity and identity of all human beings and to guarantee to all persons, without discrimination, respect for their integrity and their other rights and fundamental freedoms with regard to the applications of biology and medicine.Refusing to be injected with toxic products is therefore not a matter of “selfishness” which was attributed to the “non-vaccinated” but rather of an ethical question which concerns all of humanity.
Hannah Arendt, whose gigantic work on totalitarianism is a reference 35 – taken up by Ariane Bilheran 36 – during a last interview conducted by Les Crises in 1973 37 , takes a retrospective look at Nazism, the banality of evil, reason of state from which national security comes and which justifies the worst crimes, the arrogance of the powerful, and on the fear that we rarely admit to having but which is only the fear of unforeseen and the unforeseeable made of contingencies, but above all is the fear of freedom, in particular that of thinking . Would we be so afraid to be free to think critically for ourselves? And answering the question:what is freedom of thought? she adds :
“ It is based only on the conviction that every human being, as a thinking being, can think as well as I can, and can form his own judgment if he wants to. (…) The only thing that can really help us is really to think. Reflecting means always thinking critically. And to think critically means that every thought undermines what actually are rigid rules and general beliefs. Everything that happens when we think is subject to critical examination. That is, there is no such thing as dangerous thinking, for the simple reason that thinking itself is a very dangerous business. But not thinking is even more dangerous. I don't deny that thinking is dangerous, but not thinking is even more dangerous. »
It is with great history as with singular stories, the myths and fables that are told to us often hide unmentionable secrets and have little to do with the ever more complex reality. These "fables" are thus transmitted from generation to generation... who take them up on their own. Thus Enzo Traverso in his work on “ Nazi violence, a European genealogy ” 38 traces this violence and the industrial extermination of the Jews… and the gypsies – the forgotten of History as were the colonized – … to 250 years, that is to say to the episode of the Terror of 1793 during the French Revolution which invented the guillotine, to the colonial wars and to the slaughterhouses of Chicago created in the middle of the 19th century39 . Jacques Pauwels , heterodox historian, also drops some fables that were told to us – at least for those who wanted to believe them – … and more precisely that Europe would have been saved by the Americans, “the country of Democracy and of Liberty ” 40 .
In fact, the big American industrialists (Ford, ITT, IBM, General Motors, Petroleum Oil, etc.), far from being anti-Nazis, were racist and eugenicists. To maximize their profits that the Great Depression of the 1920s and 1930s had caused to fall and to fight against “ the Reds ” – that is to say the workers – to whom the Bolshevik Revolution had given hope for a more just and egalitarian world. , they collaborated with Hitler then changed alliance in March 1941, after having voted a "lend-lease" to Great Britain ... the abundant source of profits generated by “lend-lease” (…) and that on the USSR would have been disastrous for their profits .These US elites then sported the cap of anti-fascism but they remained anti-Communist at heart ” and racist. In addition, the arrest of all union opponents, socialists, and communists in Germany, from the first hour of Hitler's arrival in power, and taken to concentration camps, made the workers give in, who, working in the economy of war in German factories, submitted to starvation wages when they were paid. Double objective achieved for these "elites" who got rich at all costs under Nazism: " the incessant quest for profit led businessmen, and in the first place the heads of large and powerful companies to create and manipulate the Nazi regime and make it start a world war, in order to achieve its objectives»…until this diet no longer suits them. A sad observation that continued during the 20th century and is perpetuated today with the many wars waged under the Western flag: the alliances that the economic and financial “elites” forge always serve their profits. Obviously to read, these works somewhat mess up our beliefs which are transmitted from generation to generation. They seem to have it tough. Anyone who has not worked on their history is condemned to relive it… It is with singular stories like Great History! If History never revisits the dishes, it is said, it happens that it serves them again under other trappings!
Fortunately, however, each day brings us its share of revelations! including that of the CEO of Moderna, caught "fingers in the jam" 41 when he admitted, first in an aside, then at the last World Economic Forum in Davos, that the "vaccines" were ready, in 2019, well before the outbreak of the Sars-Cov2 epidemic. The truth always ends up being discovered: these revelations make certain States realize that their sovereignty is at stake and that it would be good for them to oppose the maneuvers of the WHO and its accomplices, such as recently Australia. 42 .
Let's hope that they will be followed by other States but above all that citizens, the first concerned by the " New World Order " that the WHO is promoting to us and the so-called global elites gathered at the World Economic Forum (WEF) , by putting on all the finery to seduce them, will understand that their future is at stake like that of their children. Individual "resilience" alone will not be able to heal their wounds when, de facto, all totalitarianism has always aimed at a societal collapse such as the elites have foreseen this time again. Strange rapprochement between the resilience required of the inhabitants, forced to live in contaminated areas after a nuclear accident and that which they are suggested to have in order to "adapt" or even "consent" to a health and military totalitarianism as envisaged by WHO! From a general point of view, international organizations such as the WHO, the UN, UNESCO, the IMF, etc. are in fact at the origin of a constant deterioration of the political life, the economy, the health and the culture of nations. Never has there been more hatred and conflict between countries than since the UN came into being. The WHO poisons and vaccinates the masses to, at best, dumb them down. UNESCO levels cultures downwards. The IMF indebted the rich countries and dispossessed the poorest. Science destroys the environment under the complicit eye of the world organisms in charge of protecting it, etc.
The current international institutions derive directly from the state of the balance of power which took shape between the 16th and 20th centuries and which supposes a face-to-face encounter between the multinationals and the States. The WTO (World Trade Organization), which was created in 1994, definitively confirmed the fact that States have lost, at least temporarily, this balance of power.
Current international institutions ratify and seal two overlapping realities:
First of all, the “political fact”, which supposes the political representation of “the common interest of the group”, has disappeared in favor of the “economic fact”, which supposes the preeminence of the categorical private interests of the large economic conglomerates. The main international institutions responsible for perpetuating the supervision of States by multinationals are: the OECD, the IMF, the World Bank, the WTO, etc., we must add to this list all the bodies that accompany them, and, in particular, the various international arbitration centres, private jurisdictional bodies for the settlement of disputes for the exclusive benefit of the interests of multinationals.
Secondly, the international institutions which claim to be favorable to the common interest (UN, UNESCO, WHO, ICT, etc.) are in reality and structurally exploited by the holders of the dominant economic power in order to bring about a "new political order”, that is to say the “New World Order” which will be the political materialization, at the world level, of their monopolistic domination.
The control of economies, at the local and international scales, by economic predators makes states dependent and makes them lose, de facto, their political legitimacy, thus condemning them to disappear.
